Family Safety
How child access should work
BravoPoints is being built so parents control accounts and children only see a limited child dashboard.
Kid Login Model
Children should not need their own Google accounts. A parent signs in, creates a household, adds child profiles, and chooses when a device is in child mode.
The parent PIN is used to return from child mode to the parent console on shared devices. Children should only see their profile selector, points, rewards, and recent history.
What Children Can Do
Child mode should show the child dashboard, point balance, rewards, and task progress. It should not expose parent settings, privacy requests, household invites, other children’s private history, or account controls.
Parent Consent
Parents should create and manage all child profiles. If BravoPoints is made available to other families, parent onboarding should include notice of what child profile data is collected and a consent step before a child profile is used.
Privacy Help
Parents can ask to review, correct, delete, or stop further use of child profile information through the privacy request form.
